Intelligent Sewage Treatment System
The Intelligent Sewage Treatment System represents a breakthrough in industrial wastewater management, specifically engineered for ceramic and stone manufacturing facilities. This tower-based sedimentation system utilizes proprietary vertical technology that eliminates traditional pool sedimentation methods, offering superior performance in a compact footprint. The fully automated system integrates precipitation, concentration, press filtering, and slag removal into a unified solution, ensuring complete sewage purification and water recycling capabilities.

How the System Works
Our tower sewage treatment system operates through an intelligent, closed-loop process that maximizes efficiency while minimizing environmental impact. The system begins with sewage collection in the drainage ditch, where wastewater is pumped through multiple treatment stages including the purification tower, sewage tower, and pressure filter machines. Advanced stirring mechanisms and mud pumps work in tandem with the central control system to manage the entire treatment cycle, from initial screening to final water storage in the purification pool. The automated medicine feeding device ensures precise flocculant dosing throughout the process, optimizing sedimentation and clarification results.
